Hired for ground floor extension to provide living / bedroom area and shower wet room. Overall I can say we are extremely pleased with the end result, in fact it has turned out to be more impressive than we imagined. Positives include quality of work, helpfulness of trades people throughout and tidiness which was also remarked on by our neighbours. The only area I could criticise is that the job did take longer than first given, however we did make some changes, so this is understandable.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John and his team. They completed the job professionally and on time for what I thought was a very competitive price.

I must praise the guys in their working practices, quality of work and behaviour on site…the clean-up left very little sign they had been there, to the point I was going to show someone the membrane and I thought there would be some off cut lying around but could not find any! Also, a neighbour…kept informing me how well the guys got on with the work, no swearing, neat and tidy very organised and fast working. Thank you once again for getting the job done quickly and of such high quality.

My wife and I obtained a number of quotes from building companies, and we found Building Additions to be the most competitive. We were extremely happy with the building work to convert our garage into a bedroom with en-suite, playroom/living room and utility room. John was always very courteous, professional and personable.
